Aimee brings enthusiasm and genuine passion for counselling and helping clients. She has years of experience providing mental health services to individuals of all ages in the education and public health sector. The bulk of Aimee's experience has been helping children and families with complex needs. 

Aimee has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandtray Therapy, Portable School- Based Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (externship)

Aimee is a Registered Counselling Therapist- Candidate with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. She provides counselling to individuals and couples in person at her office on George Street, or online via secure video conference.
